Just Us is a private space for two adults in a relationship. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you control it. Contact: Just Us Support, [email protected].
Only you and the one partner you pair with can see what you share in Just Us. We do not sell your data, show it to advertisers, or use it to train anything. Notifications never show the text of your messages, notes or answers, only who did what (for example "Asha sent you a message").
We do not collect your location, contacts or browsing history. The app uses your camera, microphone and photos only when you choose to take a photo, record a voice note or pick an image.
When you send a link in Talk, our server (not your phone) opens that web page once to read its title, short description and picture, and saves them with the message as a preview card. The picture is stored with your other shared files. The linked site sees a request from our server, not from your phone, and is never told who sent the link.
Your data is stored with Google Firebase (Google Cloud) in India (Mumbai region), protected by security rules that allow only the two members of a couple to read their space. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by Google.
Just Us is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor is using the app, contact us and we will delete the account.
If we add paid features, purchases are handled by Google Play; we never see your card details. The app currently shows no ads. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.
We will post any changes on this page and update the date above.
