Delete your Just Us account

In the app (fastest)

Open Just Us and tap your photos at the top right to open Settings.
Tap Delete account, then confirm.
Choose your Google account again to confirm it is you.

Without the app

Email [email protected] from the Google account you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my Just Us account". We will delete it within 7 days and reply to confirm.

Delete some of your data, keeping your account

A message, photo, document or voice note: in Talk, long-press one you sent and tap Delete. It is removed for both of you, including the stored file.
A note on the fridge: tap Remove, then Remove? to confirm.
A scheduled love note: in Notes, tap Cancel next to it.
A bucket list item and its photo or voice memory: long-press it and tap Remove.
Your profile photo or birthday: Settings → Edit profile → Remove / Clear → Save.
Anything else (for example Daily Question answers or game history): email [email protected] from your sign-in account saying what to delete. We delete it within 7 days.

Deleted items are removed immediately and are not kept.

What gets deleted, and when

Immediately: your profile (name, photo, birthday), your sign-in account and your phone's notification token. You are unpaired and the shared space locks for both of you.
After 30 days: everything in the shared space you had with your partner: messages, photos, documents, voice notes, notes, answers, game data and bucket list memories.

Nothing is kept after that. Tip: use Settings → Back up & export first if you want a copy.
